1. The Your Skin Doctors Clinic promotes and sells a variety of cosmeceutical/prescription skincare ranges which can be purchased via virtual terminal on the clinic website; aestheticdoctors.co

4. Prescription skin care can only be ordered following a medical consultation with a medical doctor.
5. Delivery is free of charge and items are sent 1st class by Royal Mail.
6. All items are dispatched within 7 working days.
7. Returns of cosmeceuticals are accepted in accordance with UK statutory rights.
8. Returned cosmeceuticals will be refunded in full subject to packaging being unopened/untampered/undamaged.
9. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed.

Aesthetic consultations

A £20 no obligation deposit is taken by card payment on booking your complimentary consultation to secure the appointment. The £20 deposit taken is deductible from subsequent treatment fees OR fully refundable if a client decides not to go ahead with any treatment OR if the clinician advises that the treatment sought is not clinically indicated and/or advisable. The deposit is non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice given.

Refund processing

Refunds, where due, will be processed within 24 hours of a request to the card used when making the purchase or booking and email confirmation of this will be sent. There may be a short delay before money appears back in your account.

Clinical Services Provided by Your Skin Doctors

These terms and conditions relate to the fees charged for professional clinical aesthetic services provided by Your Skin Doctors for consultations and treatment.

Aesthetic Terms and Conditions:

1. Consultations are complimentary for all aesthetics appointments.
2. A £20 no obligation deposit is taken by card payment on booking your complimentary consultation to secure the appointment.
3. The £20 deposit taken is deductible from subsequent treatment fees OR fully refundable if a client decides not to go ahead with any treatment OR if Your Skin Doctors advise that the treatment sought is not clinically indicated and/or advisable.
4. The deposit is non-refundable for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice given.
5. All clients are required to read and sign consent forms detailing the risks and benefits relating to any/all aesthetic treatments provided prior to the treatment being administered.
6. All clients must undergo an initial consultation wherein Your Skin Doctors will gather the history and assess whether the treatment sought is suitable, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out.
7. All treatment provided is chargeable and no refunds will be made following treatment was taken.
8. Where treatment is administered during the same appointment as the initial complimentary consultation, the fee for that treatment will be automatically deducted from the card details given at the time of booking the consultation, as per the fee list detailed here; https://yourskindoctors.co.uk/treatments/price-list/
9. Formal receipts can be provided on request.

Delivery options are given at the point of sale; first or second class Royal Mail (chargeable), or collection from our clinic (without charge).
11. Returns of cosmeceuticals are accepted in accordance with UK statutory rights [subject to packaging being unopened/untampered/undamaged] and refunded minus delivery costs. Return postage costs are not refundable.

Liability (relating to Aesthetics):

1. It is a client’s/patient’s responsibility to ensure that they provide The Your Skin Doctors with a full medical history prior to consultation and to advise the treating clinician as to any/all changes at each consultation/treatment session. The Your Skin Doctors will not be liable for any resulting impact that occurs as a result of the patient’s failure to disclose any such details.
2. The client/patient agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, The Your Skin Doctors regarding the care of a treated area.
3. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit The Your Skin Doctors’s liability for death or any personal injury resulting from negligence by The Your Skin Doctors.
